Lecture on Students' Discipline

As part of an initiative to offer continuous training to our teachers, on October 30th, we received Mrs. Rita Gill to give a lecture on discipline. Mrs. Gill has a long record as educator and trainer of leaders in Northern India. She defined what discipline is, reminded everyone that learning and teaching happen through relationships, and emphasized the need for teachers to model kind, supportive, and respectful behavior.
